If your online order does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. If you are unable to return your online order or exchange within 14 days after receipt, then we kindly ask you to inform us about your intention to return/exchange beforehand by phone or email. After these 14 days you have an additional 14 days for your return/exchange to be handed over to us.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all designer tags.

Return by handing the parcel to an employee at one of our Pauw stores or use the UPS return label for free returns.
1. Please fill in the enclosed return form completely.
2. Place the items back in the box in their original packaging. Include the return form and attach the UPS label to the box. Please also attach the return invoice to the box for shipments outside the European Union.
3. Drop off your parcel at a Pauw store, UPS Access Point or request a pickup. Please call your local UPS or visit UPS.com and select ‘shipping’, followed by ‘schedule a collection’ and fill in the form. Choose your preferable date, time and location.
We will reimburse your return within 14 days after receipt to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Return your parcel using the UPS return label. Attach the return invoice to the box for shipments outside the European Union. Please note: In case your online order originally was shipped free of charge and/or consists multiple items, and you wish to return only some of the items received, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The costs of returning an online order will be deducted from your refund.
Should you wish to receive a refund on the paid local taxes and customs duties, we advise you to contact your local UPS or customs office. Pauw can not be held liable for these costs.
