All products available online are located in one of our stores. This means that when you place an order with us, we request the goods from our store. The store then sends it to the webshop, where we wrap it as beautiful gifts for you. As we collect the goods from our stores, delivery can take up to 3-5 business days in The Netherlands and 4-6 business days outside Europe. Do you need your order urgently? Delivery with PostNL
Within The Netherlands we will ship your purchase with PostNL. Once your order has left us and is with PostNL, the first delivery attempt is usually made the next business day.
If the addressee is not at home, PostNL may attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbouring address. If this is unsuccessful, a second delivery attempt will be made the next day. The courier can also decide to bring your package to the nearest post office. In this case you will receive a message.
If PostNL is unable to complete the delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office where it will remain for one week. You can pick up your parcel when it suits you best. Please bring a proof of identity with you. If no one comes to collect it in that time, the parcel will be returned to us.
Delivery at a PostNL location
If you prefer to pick up your order at PostNL location, please get in touch with us via our chat, email or telephone. We will ship your package to your closest PostNL location and you can collect it when it suits your schedule. Your package will be held at this location for five business days. Please note that a proof of identity is required.
Pick up at a Pauw store
When the delivery address of your order is within The Netherlands, you can choose to pick up your package in one of our stores. Please select the store where you would like to pick up your order in the checkout. We will send the package to the selected store. Our colleagues will inform you when your order is ready to collect. Please note that your package will be held at the location for seven business days.

Delivery with UPS
For our shipments outside The Netherlands, we use the Direct Delivery Only service by UPS. This service ensures that your package is delivered to the shipping address you provide and not to your neighbours. In case your parcel does not fit into your letterbox a signature is required.
UPS My Choice lets you track your order easily and gives you the flexibility to reschedule your delivery. You can set vacation holds or reschedule the day for delivery that suits you best. When UPS fails to deliver your package after the third try, your order will be returned to Pauw Headquarters. We will contact you to make sure your package will get delivered as soon as possible.
Delivery at a UPS Access Point
If you prefer to pick up your order at a UPS Access Point location, please get in touch with us via our chat, email or telephone. We will ship your package to your closest UPS Access Point and you can collect it when it suits your schedule. Your package will be held at this location for five business days. Please note that a proof of identity is required.
