payment methods

Paying at Pauw is always safe and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ideal (only in The Netherlands), Klarna and PayPal.


shipping

We ship worldwide with our delivery partners UPS and PostNL. We will ship your orders as soon as possible. Receive your purchase within 3-5 business days after your order has been accepted in Europe and within 4-6 business days outside of Europe.

exchanges & returns

If your online order does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. A UPS return label is always included in your parcel. Drop off your parcel at a Pauw store, UPS Access Point or request a pickup online at UPS.com. Please note that your initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Should you wish to receive a refund on the paid local taxed and customs duties, we advise you to contact your local UPS or customs office. Pauw can not be held liable for these costs. Please find more detailed information in our 'Exchanges' and 'Returns' section.

privacy

Your personal information is kept private at all times and we will never sell your personal information to third parties.

To register at Pauw we will need to know your name, email, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. Only when it is a necessity, may these details be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
