Paying at Pauw is always safe and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Ideal (only in The Netherlands) and PayPal.
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in The Netherlands, in liaison with Ups. Please visit our 'Shipping & Returns' section for an overview of the available shipping options and charges per country. if your country is not listed yet, please get in touch with us.
exchange & returns
You can exchange or return your purchase if for any reason it does not meet your expectations. You can do so in one of our Dutch Pauw stores, by bringing your package to a UPS location or by arranging a pick up via our courier UPS. A return label is always included in your parcel.
If you are unable to exchange or return your order within 14 days after the receipt, then we kindly ask you to inform us about your intention to return beforehand via email at [email protected]. After these 14 days you have an additional 14 days for the return to be handed over to us. Items must be returned unused and undamaged with complete tags.
Once the returned goods have been validated, credit will be refunded to your credit card, bank account or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase. We will refund the amount of your purchase within a maximum of two weeks. Returning an order via ups is free of charge; the original shipping costs will be settled with the postage costs for a return, as by Dutch law. In case of return via our stores we will also refund the cost of the initial shipment to you.
