Pauw will make sure your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Shipments that take place out of Europe usually will take 4 to 6 business days. For urgent deliveries, please contact our customer care team.

Delivery with UPS
All orders are shipped by our logistic partner UPS. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a track & trace code. The first delivery attempt by UPS is usually made the next business day.
If the addressee is not at home, a second delivery attempt will be made the next day. The courier can also decide to bring your package to the nearest UPS Access Point location. In that case you will receive a message when it is ready to collect.
If our shipping partner UPS is unable to fulfill the delivery, your parcel will be delivered at the nearest UPS Access Point where it will remain for one week. You can pick up your parcel when it suits you best. Please collect your parcel and please note that if your parcel is not collected within the timeframe provided by UPS, it will be sent back to us.
UPS My Choice lets you track your order easily and gives you the flexibility to reschedule your delivery. You can set vacation holds or reschedule the day for delivery to a date which suits you best. Please sign up here for an account.
Delivery at a UPS Access Point
If you prefer to pick up your order at PostNL location, please get in touch with us via our chat, email or telephone. We will ship your package to your closest UPS Access Point and you can collect it when it suits your schedule. Your package will be held at this location for five business days. Please do not forget to bring your proof of identity.
Pick up at a Pauw store
When the delivery address of your order is within The Netherlands, you can choose to pick up your package in one of our stores. Please select the store where you would like to pick up your order in the checkout. We will send the package to the selected store. Our colleagues will inform you when your order is ready to collect. Please note; your package will be held at the location for seven business days.

Delivery with UPS
For our shipments outside The Netherlands, we use the Direct Delivery Only service by UPS. This service ensures that your package is delivered to the shipping address you provide and not to your neighbours. In case your parcel does not fit into your letterbox a signature is required.

When UPS fails to deliver your package after the third try, your order will be returned to Pauw Headquarters. We will contact you to make sure your package will get delivered as soon as possible.
