Job Description
As the E-commerce Category Manager for Women’s Wear, you will be a key player in our women’s e-commerce team, responsible for the commercial and creative development of the women’s category. You ensure that our women’s online selection consistently meets our customers' preferences and reflects Pauw's brand identity. You will work closely with the buying, marketing, and creative teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product presentations that inspire our target audience and drive sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for the women’s category, ensuring an optimal balance between commercial appeal and creativity.
- Manage the online assortment and coordinate product launches, drops, and restocks throughout the season, all aimed at optimizing sell-through.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to continuously improve the category and identify commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to optimize product pages and content, ensuring they are consistent with the brand identity.
- Monitor the performance of the women’s category and report to e-commerce management.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or category management, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Strong attention to detail, with commercial insight and the ability to translate customer preferences into an attractive online offering.
- Experience with data analysis to translate customer behavior into commercial decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify and Power BI is a plus.
- A creative and strategic thinker with an affinity for fashion and a keen eye for Pauw's brand identity.

Als E-commerce Category Manager Womenswear ben je de spil in ons vrouwen e-commerce team en draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de commerciële en creatieve ontwikkeling van de vrouwen categorie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de e-commerce strategie voor de damescategorie, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale balans tussen commercie en creativiteit.
Beheren van het online assortiment en coördineren van productlanceringen, drops en re-stocks tijdens het seizoen. Alles gericht op een optimale doorverkoop.
Analyseren van verkoopdata en klantinzichten om de categorie continu te verbeteren en commerciële kansen te identificeren.
Optimaliseren van productpagina’s en -content in samenwerking met het creatieve team, zodat deze consistent zijn met de merkidentiteit.
Monitoren van de prestaties van de damescategorie en rapporteren aan het e-commerce management.
Wie zoeken wij?
Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in e-commerce, retail of category management, bij voorkeur in de mode-industrie.
Je hebt oog voor detail en een goed commercieel inzicht en bent in staat om de wensen van onze klant te vertalen naar een aantrekkelijk online aanbod.
Ervaring met data-analyse om klantgedrag te vertalen naar commerciële beslissingen.
Ervaring met tools zoals Shopify en Power BI is een pluspunt.
Een creatief en strategisch denker met affiniteit voor mode en oog voor de merkidentiteit van Pauw.

PROFILE
As a driver, you are responsible for the correct and neat delivery of our goods and internal mail. From the warehouse in Amsterdam South-East, you drive various routes between our branches within the Netherlands.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You are available at least two days a week;
- You have had your driver's license for at least 2 years;
- You are a hard worker and flexible.
