Stores
Yes, place an online order and choose 'pick up in store' as the shipping method at checkout. Then select a store of your choice. You will be contacted by phone once your order is ready for pickup.
Most of our stores are open from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please see our store page for current opening hours.
Products and sizes
Nothing looks as good or feels as comfortable as a custom-made suit or shirt. In all Pauw Men Luxury Tailoring stores, it is possible to have a suit or shirt fully tailored to your measurements. Check out the Su Misura program by Pauw Mannen or visit one of our stores.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an alteration service for online purchases. To achieve the perfect fit, we recommend visiting one of our stores, where we will be happy to advise you on any adjustments. If you do not live near a Pauw Mannen store, you can take your garments to a tailor in your area.

Payment
We accept multiple payment methods such as American Express, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, V Pay, iDeal (only in The Netherlands), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
We take every possible measure to ensure that your data is save. All sensitive/credit information which you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information to protect the information from unauthorized use. We work together with Buckaroo. As well as processing payments, Buckaroo handles full transaction settlements and reconciliation. So all your data is secure with us.
Returns
If your online purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return the items via our return portal Returnista.

Once you create a return through our online portal, you will receive an email with more information. During the return process, you will receive email updates about the status of your shipment.
If you have any questions, you can contact us via pauw.returnista.com. The icon in the bottom left corner of the page provides this option. This helpdesk is available seven days a week.
No, returns are completely free of charge. We see this as a service. This way, everyone has the freedom to try our beautiful products anywhere in the world.
Within 7 days of receiving your return, we will refund your purchase amount using the same method as your payment. You will receive an email confirmation. Original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
The following points may affect your refund:
- Incomplete products
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Worn and/or used products
- Dirt, unusual odors, or scratches on the product
A member of the Pauw Quality Control team will determine if any of the above points apply to the returned products.
For orders delivered to an address outside the EU, the refund will only include the purchase amount of the items. This means that the return amount does not cover shipping costs, local taxes, and import duties.
If you wish to claim a refund for paid local taxes and import duties, please contact a local postal and/or customs office.
First of all, we want to apologize for this. Secondly, we want to resolve it as best as possible. In this case, please email us at webshop@pauw.com or ask a question via our chat, and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer the option to create an exchange through our online portal. This only applies to size exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we kindly ask you to place a new order. You can return your incorrect order for a refund, as described above.
You can still follow the above procedure for creating a return. Please note that for shipments to the European Union, it is mandatory to affix documentation on the outside of the package. After creating your return, the documentation will be automatically generated for you.
For orders delivered to an address outside the European Union, the refund will only include the purchase amount of the items. This means that the return amount does not cover shipping costs, local taxes, and import duties. The reason for this is that these costs were advanced by us to the local tax office, and only you, as the importer, are entitled to claim a refund for these costs.
If you wish to claim a refund for paid local taxes and import duties, please contact a local postal and/or customs office.
Orders
You can choose a category to view from the top or side of the webpage. Once in a category, you can sort and select items by brand, design, color, and size. If you want to see more details about an item, click on the image of the desired product. Multiple images of the product will then be displayed, along with a product description, size and data options, and various specifications. The prices shown are in euros or US dollars and include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs. For orders outside the EU, the prices shown exclude VAT, local taxes, and import duties.
To add an item to your online shopping bag, select the size and click 'Add to Shopping Bag.' Your shopping bag will automatically slide into view. Click 'Checkout' when you want to finalize your purchase.
To proceed with the order and payment process, Pauw will ask you to register or log in, but you can also continue as a guest. Make sure all fields are filled in and choose a payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, or PayPal). You can also enter a voucher code if you have one. We also offer the option to differentiate between a billing and shipping address. Once all details are correctly filled in and you have accepted the Terms and Conditions, you can click the 'Place Order' button, which will take you to a secure payment environment where you can complete the payment. Once paid, the order will be completed and you will receive a confirmation email.

Your personal information is kept private at all times and at no point will we rent or sell your personal information to third parties. To register at Pauw we will need to know your name, email address, gender and telephone number. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and payment information. from more information, please look at our privacy policy.
Orders with a delivery address within the EU, include 21% VAT in the purchase amount. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during checkout.
All orders with a delivery address within EU are completely free of import duties and local taxes.
Yes, we do ship to the UK. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team to help you further with online purchases from Pauw.com. At the moment we only make manual orders for the UK due to Brexit. Custom duties, import VAT and handling and processing fees may appear higher than expected due to different rates of duty that are linked to commodity codes. Please note that the custom duties, import VAT and handling or processing fees can add around 30% to the original price.
For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, we offer VAT-free shopping as an extra service. When browsing Pauw.com from a country outside the EU, all prices that are shown are excluding VAT. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during checkout.
All orders under $800,- with a delivery address to the US (including shipping) have local taxes, extra fees and import duties included.
All orders above $800,- with a delivery address to the US include local taxes, extra fees and import duties. This means that there will never be any extra fees due when receiving the order. These services are included by default and are not optional.
Please note: online orders with a delivery address outside EU and US could be subject to import duties, fees and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged.
Pauw cannot be held accountable for these additional costs, the recipient will need to pay for these charges.

If a specific size is not shown, the size in question is out of stock. The stock visible online represents the total stock. Be aware that the specific items in the shopping cart can also be purchased by other customers during online shopping.
Shipping
Pauw delivers worldwide. You can select a country at the checkout. Is your country not listed? Please contact our customer service via webshop@pauw.com, chat, or call +31 20 72 20 6 81.
All products we offer online are in our stores. This means that the ordered items are requested from one of our stores. The store in question then sends it to the webshop, after which we wrap the items as if they were gifts. Because we collect the goods from the stores, we have a delivery time within the Netherlands of 3-5 working days and outside the Netherlands of 4-6 working days. For urgent service, we ask you to contact our customer service.
Our logistics partners PostNL and UPS only ship during working days, excluding public holidays.
The shipping costs of your order are automatically generated in the checkout.
Free shipping within the Netherlands above an order value of EUR 150.
Free shipping within Europe above an order value of EUR 750.

Pauw uses the PostNL service to send packages within the Netherlands and the UPS service outside the Netherlands. You will receive a track & trace code by email with which you can track the package.
Pauw insures every shipment against theft and accidental damage incurred during the delivery process. Once the shipment has been signed for, the insurance will automatically be canceled.
Yes, the delivery person will request a signature before receipt.
