how to exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for another size? Please write down the desired size in the last column of the return form. Your return form is included in the blue envelope in your parcel.
If you need the exchange urgently, we advise you to place a new order: this is always faster than an exchange.
As soon as we have received your package and unpacked it, we will order the desired item from one of our stores and ship it to you as soon as possible. You will receive an automatic email including a track & trace code once the parcel is on its way.
1. Please fill in the enclosed return form completely.
2. Place the items back in the box in their original packaging. Include the return form and attach the UPS label to the box. Please also attach the commercial invoice to the box for exchanges outside the European Union.
3. Drop off your parcel at a Pauw Pauw store, UPS Access Point or request a pickup. Please call your local UPS or visit UPS.com and select ‘shipping’, followed by ‘schedule a collection’ and fill in the form. Choose your preferable date, time and location.
If your order does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. If you are unable to return your order or exchange within 14 days after receipt, then we kindly ask you to inform us about your intention to exchange beforehand by phone or email. After these 14 days you have an additional 14 days for your exchange to be handed over to us. All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all designer tags.

Once we receive your original order, we will send you the correct size. You will receive an email with the new track and trace number to track the shipment.
