how to exchange
Would you like to exchange your online purchase for another colour or size? Please write down the desired colour/size on the return form. Would you like to exchange it for another product? Then please let us know the product code and the size you would like to receive. You can find the product code under the description on our website (the number consists of 15 digits). In case you need the exchange urgently, we recommend that you place a new order; since this is always faster than an exchange.
Once we have received and unpacked your parcel, we will order the desired item from our stores. When we have received these, we will send you the exchange immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once the parcel is on its way.

place items back in box
Place the original product(s) and documents back in the box, put the UPS return sticker on top of the old shipping label and close the package securely.
schedule UPS pick up
Schedule a UPS pick up online at UPS.com. Select ‘Shipping’, followed by ‘Schedule a collection’ and fill in the form. Choose your preferable date, time and location.
return in store
Bring your exchange to one of our stores and receive a confirmation receipt. Your package will be sent to our headquarters where your exchange will be processed.
UPS pick up
UPS will collect your package at your most convenient location.
receive your new item at home
Once we received your original order we will send the new product(s) your way. You will be informed by email with a new Track and Trace code to follow the shipment.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered and placed in their original packaging.
